At Moo Moo’s House of Cards, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. We’re collectors and players ourselves, and we understand how important condition, accuracy, and careful handling are when purchasing trading cards and collectibles.

If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out. We’re a small, collector-owned business, and we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.

| Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

• Sealed products must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

• Cards, collectibles, and other items must include any original packaging, accessories, or components that were included with the order.

• Proof of purchase or your order information may be required.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and make sure your return is handled properly.

Items returned without contacting us first may experience delays in processing.

| Trading Cards & Market Value Changes

The market value of trading cards and collectibles can change quickly.

Returns or refunds will not be provided solely because an item's market price has increased or decreased after the purchase was completed.

Purchases should be made based on the item, condition, and price offered at the time of sale.

| Sealed Products

For the protection of our customers and the integrity of our inventory, opened sealed products are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

This includes products such as booster boxes, booster packs, bundles, collection boxes, decks, and other factory-sealed merchandise.

| Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

When reporting damaged merchandise, please include photos of:

• The item

• The shipping packaging

• Any visible damage

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping carrier claim.

| Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Opened sealed trading card products

• Items that have been altered, damaged, or modified after delivery

• Items returned in a condition different from the condition in which they were sold

• Clearance or final-sale items when specifically marked as such

• Gift cards, if offered

• Digital products or codes that have already been revealed, redeemed, or delivered

| Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Moo Moo’s House of Cards or the item arrived damaged.

| Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is necessary because we sent an incorrect item, the item was materially different from its description, or another mistake was made on our end, we’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution for the return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning valuable items.

Moo Moo’s House of Cards cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.

| Lost or Damaged Returns

Please package returned items carefully.

Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

If a return package is lost or damaged while being shipped back to us, we’ll work with you where possible, but responsibility may depend on the shipping service and insurance selected for the return.

Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with Moo Moo’s House of Cards! We know how exciting it is to have new cards and collectibles on the way, and we take great care to make sure your order is packed securely and arrives safely.

| Order Processing

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after your purchase is completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During especially busy periods, large releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may occasionally be a little longer.

| Shipping & Tracking

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

When tracking is included with your selected shipping method, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

| Packed with Care

We’re collectors and players ourselves, so we understand how important condition is.

Every order is packed with care and appropriate protection based on the type, quantity, and value of the items being shipped. Our goal is simple: your cards should arrive in the same condition they left us.

| Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been shipped.

While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

| Multiple Items & Combined Orders

Whenever possible, items purchased together will be packaged and shipped together.

If you place multiple separate orders that have not yet shipped, you’re welcome to contact us. We’ll do our best to combine them when possible, although we cannot guarantee that orders can be combined once processing has begun.

| Please Double-Check Your Address

Before completing your order, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Moo Moo’s House of Cards cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

| Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, refused, or sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, please contact us so we can determine the best next step.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

| Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us.

We’ll review the situation with you and help determine the appropriate next steps, including working with the shipping carrier when necessary.

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take photos of both the package and its contents whenever possible. This can be helpful when investigating carrier damage.
